Sue is a seasoned people and talent executive with nearly 30 years of experience building and modernizing HR functions for complex, high-growth organizations. She is recognized as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, with deep expertise in enterprise HR transformation, workforce architecture, talent strategy and culture-building/integration. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including AI and cloud technology, GovCon and defense, life sciences, and international development. She has supported organizations operating across more than 20 countries as well as small startups, giving her the ability to navigate both highly regulated environments and fast-moving, innovation-driven growth companies.
Throughout her career, Sue has held progressive leadership roles across global workforces, building people programs from the ground up in environments where structure, speed, and precision all matter. This is her third private equity-backed company, and she brings a grounded understanding of what it takes to build HR functions that perform under the demands of high-stakes, investor-driven environments, where the people strategy is inseparable from the business strategy.
