Dr. Ken S. Bajaj brings a longstanding track-record of introducing transformational services and solutions to market. He received his graduate degree from the University of Toronto and his doctorate in electrical engineering from Michigan State University. Bajaj then began his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he managed the company’s largest outsourcing contract with the U.S. government and introduced the nation’s first factory automation program in the automotive industry for General Motors. He later co-founded Perot Systems, further establishing his reputation as a pioneer in IT services.
Throughout his career, Bajaj has founded and led several influential companies:
- I-Net Corp.: As president, he helped the company become a leader in large-scale IT managed services, culminating in its sale to Wang Laboratories in 1996.
- AppNet Systems, Inc.(Nasdaq: APNT): Founded in 1997, AppNet became one of the largest interactive media services companies in the U.S. and was sold to Commerce One for over $2 billion in 2000.
- DigitalNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: DNET): Bajaj founded DigitalNet to provide cybersecurity solutions to the U.S. government, taking the company public and later selling it to BAE Systems for $600 million in 2004.
- DMI (Digital Management, Inc.): Joined the company in 2009 as President & Chief Operating Officer, Bajaj helped transform DMI into a global leader in mobility and digital transformation services, growing it to 2,100 employees and $400 million in revenue.
- DigitalNet.ai, LLC: Bajaj is now focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and digital modernization to drive business transformation.
