Previously, as President and CEO of Empower AI (formerly NCI Information Systems - NCIT), he led the company’s transformation into a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence agencies, and other federal clients, securing $2.2 billion in new business and overseeing its transition to private ownership. Dillahay also founded Azzardare Management Group, launching a security systems company delivering technology-enabled solutions to the Caspian region, and has held senior leadership roles at CACI, ASRC Federal, Lockheed Martin, and General Electric, consistently driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across complex and dynamic environments.
