Kim is a serial technology entrepreneur with deep experience across both federal and commercial markets. As founder and CEO of The Ambit Group, she led large-scale modernization efforts that helped agencies including DHS, DoD, USDA, and DOC recover more than $160 million in operating costs.
Her work has included supporting homeland security strategy during the stand-up of DHS, assisting FEMA across more than 800 disasters, developing dozens of federal CIO strategic plans, and leading the digital transformation of USDA’s WIC program.
